ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Fleur Mystere reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

MADE TO MEASURE

To ensure the highest level of attention to our Customers, we offer a made-to-measure service, meaning that all products from our Website can be ordered custom-made by using Client’s personal measurements.

This exclusive made-to-measure service can be requested by placing an order by selecting “CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS” as the size. After order confirmation, you will receive a measurements form and a declaration form, both of which should be filled in with the respective data and emailed back to info@fleurmystere.com. Our team is at your service for any information needed for making a made-to-measure order.

All custom-made products must be subject to additional arrangements. The price, execution terms and delivery time will be arranged in the correspondence between you and our team. We always do our best to maintain a reasonable term for execution that is close to the standard execution time as possible.

As our client, you should give precise and accurate information for the customized order following the size guide on www.fleurmystere.com and the instructions of the Fleur Mystere team. Fleur Mystere shall not be liable for any loss or additional expense relating to mistakes and/or changes in the client’s measurements.

Each custom-made product is made specifically to your specifications and preferences and such orders can't be canceled or returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days after items are received. We will do our best to address your issues. In the rare case when Fleur Mystere and the client agree on alterations (we are not obligated to offer such but can negotiate in each particular case), the client is responsible for covering shipping charges and any additional charges for alterations.

CREDIT CARDS - We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

SHIPPING POLICY Shipping Time -- Depending on your location, shipping timen fully depends on the destination and customs regulations, and usually ranges from 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

You should receive an email confirming your order, if you do not please check your junk email box or contact us straight away, as it is possible your order has not been successfully completed.

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses, please check the confirmation order email has the correct details, once again please contact us straight away if any details are incorrect on this email.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Additionally, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. As the customer, you will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.

For all our shipments, we use DHL or FedEx.

TAXES

Our store will automatically charge sales tax for orders to be delivered within the US. For orders shipped to other destinations, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.You (the customer) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other import duties that may apply.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return of unworn or unwashed merchandise within 5 days from the date delivered. You can initiate your return by emailing us at info@fleurmystere.com
• All personalised dresses (made to custom measurements) custom ordered are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
• Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
• Fleur Mystere does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
• To return an online purchase, contact us at info@fleurmystere.com to initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA), which is required to process a return. WE will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 10-15 business days after receipt of the return to process your refund.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Fleur Mystere shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Fleur Mystere shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fleur Mystere will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Please understand that every single item on our website is handmade by skilled artisans and seamstresses specifically for you upon confirmation of your order. We do not offer anything mass-produced but only high-end apparel of the best quality. And accordingly the production time varies from design to design. 

In this regard, please keep in mind that production time may vary from season to season. Production time may increase during busy seasons and holidays. You will be informed via email regarding any such delays when confirming your order.

Always check current production time to ensure that you will receive your item(s) in a timely manner. If an item is needed by a certain date, please leave a note with your order specifying the date it is needed by. In case of the occurrence of a force majeure event the terms and conditions of the contract concluded between Fleur Mystere and a Customer shall stand terminated with neither the Customer nor Fleur Mystere being entitled to any compensation.

Fleur Mystere considers force majeure events as war, mobilization, political revolt, terrorism, strikes, legislative changes, natural catastrophes, and any other circumstances that are beyond Fleur Mystere’s control.
